Laid back and conversational. They want to see if you’ve done your research on the company. Also want to ensure your values align with their mission. It starts with an initial phone, assessment of “day in the life”, meet the team and interview again.

Everyone I spoke to was nice. I had a phone screening and then an interview. I felt like I really would've been a great fit, but they wanted me to be more bubbly and extroverted. It's a job for bubbly extroverts, and if you're not that, don't bother even if you care about the job.
