Interview
I submitted a cover letter and got a phone screen. I had the phone screen and she asked me the usual questions about my background and technical experience. She didn't ask me the standard gotcha behavioral questions I'd been taught to expect. However, she never seemed satisfied with any of my answers. After I was finished answering a question, even if I thought I did so well, it was just painfully awkward silence after.
