Recruiter contacted me by phone after locating the resume I posted on my LinkedIn profile. Since this was not a position that I had submitted an application, I was surprised by the enthusiasm of the recruiter as she described how long she had been looking to find a candidate that meet the requirements. We had a conversational interview with the usual interview versus a stiff across the table discussion. Her questions were very relaxed like speaking with friend and I responded in kind.
