it was quite good and interesting. had use case study . interviews were engaging but took a long time to offer the role. 5 rounds of interview were conducted . HR was supportive. There was less pressure overall. Salary offer was not satisfactory

first round was easy ,with basic questions (want to know questions)
you just n eed to be prepared . then tech nical interview and 2 more round after t hat.
Incompetent process!
Had a 10min HR call and was asked three general questions, then I got a rejection email next week. Nothing related to the position. No HR can judge a candidate with three general fit questions - Introduce yourself, strengths & weakness, Long-term & short-term goals.
That's the bottom line.
Until & unless a candidate talks to the hiring manager and his competencies are tested related to the position, the HR can't reject.
