Interview
Pretty fast. You apply online and they email you in the next two days. You will first get a 15 min call interview then you are supposed to have a 45 min online interview with a written test (email). I did not pass it despite having experience in the hospitality industry and being French. And, obviously, no explanation given. They just send a basic generic rejection email two days after.

You have to talk about yourself/your resume. Only one single question asked about the position: why do you think customers contact us? Et à aucun moment le niveau de français n'a été abordé.

Interview
It was entirely an online interview process via Google meet. The interview lasted for about fifty minutes. The interviewer asked a total of twelve questions. Some of the questions were practical questions asking the interviewee to give examples of projects undertaken to date.
