they have different stages for the interview, the first one is HR then they send me a codility challenge, which I complete it with 100% score. then I had a tech interview with the engineer manager. after this, I got very positive feedback from the HR but after 3 days they emailed me and reject me with no further information. I believe this is so unprofessional after the first feedback

I got a call from the recruiter she was friendly and easy-going. She told me that I passed the screening and told me the next steps in details. She told me that they could support my visa process. Ended the call asking if I have any questions
