Very long process for two positions , it lasted like 9 months for two positions the situation for the first position was determined after 6 months since I started with the process , then I got rejection on a different position :D when I revised this with them they said sorry the positioned you applied for was suspended / hold 6 months of chasing and asking questions but they are super un-responsive ( not all of recruiters TBH). the second position it took like 2 months to get the feedback saying you are Ok but there is an internal candidate got the same score.
- I complained to the Talent acquisition manager of Zalando which was VERY responsive and take this complain into action and dedicated a technical recruiting manager to investigate why recruiter and coordinators are not responding to people and leave them for months and finally it was so frustrating experience ended up by saying "literally I am not interested in Zalando and will not recommend you as employer for any friend " cause they failed to abide any rule or follow-up the right way with me as candidate ! - please take care especially BERLIN office

- For technical was easy normal ES6, Node JS , awareness of CI/CD
- HR was traditional one
The HR interview went very well. The interviewer was very kind, friendly, and professional, which made me feel comfortable during the conversation. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was well-structured. We discussed my background, experience, and expectations, and the overall atmosphere was positive and relaxed.
Clear interview process, all were very friendly. Interview with requirement team, home assignment: coding tasks time limited, interview with team lead (motivation and technical questions). Didn't continue to next interview round after this. Got a detailed feedback about interview.
