Pretty typical Skype/google hangouts interview followed by an onsite interview. They are supposed to reimburse me for my travels but I haven't received a follow up as of yet. Crazy that they make you fly across the world and then never respond to your emails or provide any sort of feedback. HR seems like a mess, I literally flew for 27 hours to get to the interview, and HR was an hour late because she forgot about the meeting. Unacceptable. After the full day with the team, it would have been great to have some feedback either yes or no. I took another job with a company who was more responsive and cared about potential candidates. Company has a bad rep for a reason. I flew out there knowing I had plenty of other offers, but the way they handle candidates here left a really bad taste in my mouth. Save yourself some time and energy and apply elsewhere.

insgesamt eine gute und professionelle Erfahrung. Das Interview per Skype war möglich, da ich meinen aktuellen Wohnort im Ausland hatte. Insgesamt 2 Interview bevor Angebot erstellt wurde. Der gesamte Bewerbungsprozess betrugt ca. 3 Wochen. Die HR Abteilung scheint sehr ausgelastet, der Arbeitsvertrag kam jedoch schnell und so wie besprochen.
