I applied through referral.
The whole interview process was conducted in two phases, all being the elimination round.
Phase 1:
1. Apti round (40min 45ques)
2. Decision making ( 1 case study, 30 min 8 questions)
3. Video interview ( 10 sec questions reading 3 min answer recording, total 8 questions)
Phase 2:
1. Case study round ( 1 hr. 9 questions on business problems, mainly data interpratation) &
Interview on case study ( 1 hr, explain your logic and approach)
2. EBI + Fit round ( final interview 45 mins)
The interview contained 4-5 unstructured problems like puzzles, guesstimates, etc along with in depth questions on your projects and discipline mentioned in CV

Question 1
Guesstimate like How many cabs goes out and come in at the Delhi Airport on a single day?
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.

Given information about electric vehicles, which city would I advise adding EV chargers and what sites in that city?
1 apti, 1 case study. Both were online. Then case study interview. If that would have been clear, next would have been hr. Online case studty round had 2 case studies. One was easy, 2nd one was medium.
