I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zásilkovna (Prague) in Dec 2025
Interview
The hiring process started professionally. The initial HR screening was well organized, expectations were clearly discussed, and communication from HR was pleasant. I was then asked to prepare a business case, received very positive feedback, and was invited to an in-person interview with HR and the hiring manager.
Despite being told this should be the final round, no information about salary or benefits was provided. When I explicitly asked about compensation, I was informed that this information would only be shared after an additional interview with a higher-level manager — a step that had not been communicated earlier.
After multiple interview rounds and a substantial time investment, I never received the information necessary to properly evaluate the opportunity or make an informed decision. Withholding key compensation details until the very end significantly undermines the candidate experience and shows a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort.
After the rejection, I explicitly asked the hiring manager for feedback so I could learn and improve for the future, but never received any response.

It was a technical discussion with one of their tech leads, with no technical programming task. It wasn't stressful or something like this, I feel comfortable. They were interested in scaling and performance
