The interview was in two parts. The first part invoved routine questions [tell us about yourself, what do you think are qualities a facilitatir should have, how would you handle xxxxx situation] and lasted about 20-30 minutes. For the second part, you would have prepared a 10 minute facilitation for them to get a sense of your style.
