Applied and received a really easy assessment. Then got scheduled for an interview a month later. However that interview was set for 6am my time (PDT) and that's because the only options were 2am to 6am. I did email asking if that could have better time, they missed that email (she told me in the interview something about inbox too full or something like that). Anyways she did apologize about the time, but then when asked what I knew about the company, and saw that i thought they were a game studio, and didn't know they were a publisher, got mad at me about this, and told me how she's disappointed in me, etc. Really? Your the one that don't check your emails and get me to wake up at 5:30 am... wtf? Anyways, I have a decade+ of experience, most companies I interview with, generally try to sell me their company, not interrogate me for 30 mins about their company. This was weird. They did send me a rejection the next day, which is totally fine, I was really not interested after that call. I could only image working there and having to deal with their HR on a regular basis...
