The questions were very basic. Fast turnaround time. Hardest question was "what would you do if someone wanted to cancel?" I would imagine that they would offer training to answer this.

She warned me that this role was mainly dealing with upset customers and that I was expected to keep them as members of yelp business when they had concerns about the program and wanted to opt out.
