First interview was on phone with a recruiter who asked basic background questions. Before moving onto the next round, you're required to complete a writing assessment on a Yelp listing that they provide you. Second round interview was 2 separate interviews, 30-minutes each back-to-back. Again, the first few minutes were basic questions about background, skills etc., Then we engaged in a role-playing exercise in which they portrayed an unhappy customer. I was presented with fabricated performance metrics and was told to persuade them against canceling services based on that data.
