Interview
It was a three-stage interview process. A recruiter conducted the initial phone interview . We went through my experience and why I felt I was suitable for the role. The recruiter prepared me thoroughly for the next phases of the interview. The preparation was excellent and invaluable. The second-phase was to do a Thomas PPA (Personal Profile Analysis). The third-phase for a Video interview via Microsoft Teams with two managers from the Telesales Department. This last phase was the most fun for me. The managers; a lady and a gentleman were very lively, fun, engaging, personable and lovable. They worked well as a team. It was very much like a conversation with people I already knew. They gave me plenty of time to answer the questions. We also had a role play. It lasted about an hour. I asked for the offer twice during the interview and once at the end. I got the offer less than two hours after the interview. :)

The interview process was very straightforward. You get a lot of information and time to prepare for the interview to give you the best chance possible. Both interviewers were extremely friendly and understanding.
