I would appreciate more consistent and timely communication from the recruiter throughout the hiring process.
Recruiter (phone call) > Team Lead + Director (in person interview) then I got an offer! It was laid back but I asked a ton of questions and they asked behavioral questions.
It was quick and direct. The interviewer will start off by asking you to run through your resume. Then they will ask 2 more questions and then end off by asking if you have any questions for them.
