Interview
The interview was generally unfocused with several interruptions. The clinic is busy, which is good, but the company clearly needs organization and direction in order to continue growing and being able to flourish. They recently moved to a larger location and seem to have a wide demographic of clients. There is growth potential for the business, but I believe they need to instill some structure.
