I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Y7 Studio (New York, NY) in Nov 2023
Interview
I applied online and filled out a Google form with my potential availability for scheduling. I received an email with the audition process and was told to either prepare a sequence or teach the sequence they provided. The audition itself was very straightforward and I felt the hiring team was very supportive. I receive an email the next day informing me of my audition and the status of my employment. Overall, great interview process.

Interview
Quick, effective, and kind. And asked about previous experience and knowledge of front desk operations. The people are extremely nice and helpful with any questions you have about the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Y7 Studio (New York, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview consisted of very obvious, standard reliability and commitment questions, but it doesn't seem to filter out the right people. Interview was easy and interviewer was easy to speak to and very genuine. Was a pretty low-key conversation, she asked which days I was able to commit, what prior relevant experience I had and what else I have on my plate right now as far as jobs are concerned. We had a short chat about customer service and how to handle clients, as well as the direction of the studio and the job description and responsibilities. Very easy, honest, straightforward interview with an honest, straightforward person. We discussed what each group of employees is responsible for taking care of within the company, what the expectations of the owners are, as well as their preferences for client care. Overall simple interview experience.
