Quite personal questions asked during second official interview. Theres several casual interviews in between the first and second interviews. They also have English SPI if needed. Interviews are online but can be done at their Akasaka office as well

Interview
I took offline interview at a 5 star hotel in Jakarta. The interviewer consists of 2 native Japanese Xymax employee, and 2 translators. The interview is generally casual and there was very little technical question or testings. The process begins the moment you open the door and enter the interview room at the hotel.

Questions asked include my hobbies, my experience with my friends, my favorite school / university subjects, my goals and dreams, why I want to work in Japan, why I want to work at Xymax.
