Interview
It was a pretty open concept, like having a coffee at a bar kinda set up. Very easy to converse. I believe the most important is to be real and raw. So yes just go in with an open-minded approach.

Interview
There are a total of 4 rounds of interviews - first interview includes a call from the business, second round of interview includes a zoom interview with the business and business development manager, third round of interview includes a zoom interview with the general manager and the last round of interview includes a zoom call with the general manager and campaign manager. Interview includes numerous scenario-based questions to see how you would react in different kind of situations. The company is transparent however they are rather stringent in terms of references, as they require your existing clients’ and direct superiors’ references and they requested to call them up first and before they decide to send over the job contract.
