Initial communication and process is bad. They first said they will schedule the interview a day after the phone call. Then they called a week later and scheduled it on a Saturday. I joined the call on Saturday and no one joined. After 6minutes , HR called and said interviewer had network issues. Interview was rescheduled. On both occasions the time they initially say and the finalized time was different. On Saturday the interview time on Monday was agreed at 6pm, on Monday the available slot would be at 7:30pm. First round was for 30mins. Questions were about thread, collections, jpa, SQL,spring, spring boot. Interviewer's behaviour felt rude and flaunty. The accent and language was quite difficult to interpret. I heard hashset as hashrate. Interviewer was not totally present either . I literallly wrote hashrate in notepad and even spelled it but interviewer did not clarify. There was also loud background noises at his house. interviewer did not even bother to realise what I had worked on. I wrote a cover letter while applying. The focus seemed more on syntax and pasing laughing remarks on it. Eg: jpa annotation, creating thread via executorservice. The tone of interviewer is as if a stress test is being taken, it felt more like a interrogation with a negative tone. I have not heard about the result yet.
