I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Xerox (Boise, ID) in Nov 2013
Interview
I went in at 9am to take an assessment test of my skills. It took 2 hours to complete. The questions were mixed of Customer service questions to tech support questions. There was also some math questions and some puzzles. Two puzzles that had mixed numbers and letters asked what that puzzle was saying. I had no clue so I ended up just guessing on them. Then there was picture puzzles of what comes next in the pattern, then a map question. After two hours taking the test I was taken in for an interview. The interview was smooth sailing and not hard at all. The results of my assessment came in and I had failed the tech support section of the test but passed the Customer Service part. With out the Tech support part passed I could not get hired and had to come in next month to take it again. I asked how to study for it next time and she said to Google tech support questions. Which I have now, but is not finding anything to help.

Question 1
I have to say the assessment. The tech support questions were difficult and I came unprepared and with no general idea of how or were to study.

Interview
There were 3 interviews. Two were video, first one was phone call. I studied questions shown for tech support on this site and it helped me to be prepared. It wasn't highly technical, only a couple simple A+ type questions. Mostly want to know if you are available and understand customer service.
