I was contacted after submitting an application through Monster.com. I discussed the position and company with the HR representative that contacted me and we set up an interview. I arrived to the interview and met with four different people who were upper level employees. They were split up into different teams that handled various tasks. They discussed what they were looking for in a new employee and let me know the bad parts of the job- like that I would be on call and have a company laptop and cell phone. They were very up front about the position. The interview ended and they told me that they would be in touch for a second interview with upper management. Close to two weeks later, I heard back from the HR representative who called me back for a second interview, but by then I had already been offered another position.
