I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Xerox (Yukon, OK) in Sep 2011
Interview
Xerox gives you a small application (Name, where you live, employment history etc.) Then they take you to the computer lab to take a typing test. Just type what you hear and do it within 35 wpm. If this is possible then you are pretty much hired. No extra skills are necessary, except speaking professionally.
