All Xeleum participants were rarely available. The interview process took over 3 weeks. Follow up emails were ignored and when phone calls were received interviewer(s) apologized. However, no updates were provided-- very inconsiderate of interviewee.
Development team is small and in an office within warehouse. Chairs are broken. Small A/C unit in wall. Interviewers from development team lack fundamental understanding of software development process and methodology as well as technology. Spent more time educating interviewer.

Met with all senior management individually. Very laid back. Discussed my past and what I had done. The owner was more concerned that I would be able to do ROI's quotes and talk with customers about the product and sound intelligent. The COO seemed more concerned with just having help. I knew I could fill the needs of this company and was fairly confident I had the job after about 5 minutes of conversation with the COO>
