The interview was to take place virtually after I applied online and was contacted via LinkedIn to schedule a time. However, the interviewer did not show up to the meeting, I was left waiting without any communication or update. After waiting for 15 min I sent an email to follow up if there had been any changes but I got no response. 3 weeks later now and still no response on email or LinkedIn. It's so unprofessional and a complete waste of candidates' time.
