Now i understand why reviews are terrible. I also had a bad experience when they scheduled an interview for me when i arrived there was noone to interview me :)

Interview
The hiring process first started with an HR Specialist who, nicely, reviewed my CV and skills and decided that I am fit for a higher position than the one that I have already applied for. After that, a couple of weeks later, I went for an interview with the company owner himself. What I did not appreciate was the presence of other future co-workers for the interview who took knowledge of my agreed salary which was relatively high, which in turn made them jealous for the entirety of my work time there. Not too bright, not too bright of the senior management to have them present there.

They asked me about my experience, the languages I spoke, whether I do mind business travels, and about my techniques to bring in new clients for the company.
