My first phone call was with their recruiter in the Dublin office. At this time, much of their team was transitioning from California to Dublin, so she explained my next few calls would be via Skype. I then spoke with their International Sales Director who asked a lot of questions about my experience, motivations, etc. There were no trick questions, it was very direct. Next I was asked to create a presentation about their product as it relates to a project management philosophy "GTD" and present it to their Principle Consultant. This was rather casual and it seems like they were looking for my resourcefulness and ability to research/prepare/etc. Overall it was a pretty easy process and they were pretty clear in the next steps along the way.
