I received a phone interview from HR and had to do assessment tests one cognitive and a reasoning abilities test. Post which I got a call from the hiring Manager, then 2 days later I received a rejection email
There were five steps in the process, each of them clearly outlined and easy to follow. What made it even more comfortable was the constant presence and support of the HR assistant, who ensured that nothing felt confusing or overwhelming. The steps themselves included an initial test designed to check basic skills, followed by a series of interviews with different members of the team. Each interview had a slightly different focus, allowing both sides to evaluate fit from multiple perspectives and angles.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wrike (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2022
Interview
It was long but extremely comfortable. You are asked to pass the cognitive test and couple of calls with different level managers. After all a very satisfying process. I did not get the position, but I was informed about the reasons and offered to contact them in a year.
