      I applied online. I interviewed at Wrike

      recruiter contacted me on email for interest of having a talk with me. Got late response on what time and date already then and had to wait a week to get it fully confirmed. Had 2 calls over the phone first. One with recruiter and one with the team manager. The team manager was 30 minutes late to our call and mentioned that i was a good fit. He did have an attitude as if he really didn't care much already then but i was invited ot the office for last round. When i stepped into the office i was greeted with a sign with my name on which was a positive experience. After all i hear many good things about them so i out the other red flags to the side to give it a chance. Interviews went really well and i felt we had a good connection. Simple interview questions and no hard pressure. Then after waiting 1,5 weeks for update they called me saying i was too qualified for the role. They had 3 opportunities to tell me that. I felt upset as i really was interested in this role. The hiring manager then told me that the manager would call me back to talk as maybe i was a fit for the role next year in 6 month. No call ever happened and i even wrote them an follow up email. No answer. Disappointed by the treatment . My view on wrike is now RED FLAGS sadly.

      3 rounds Telephone interview - Recruitment manager Interview - Panel with case study Very little rapport, formal throughout. HR very unsympathetic. Business case too short for the work to be delivered. Obscure questions and a second interviewer who arrived unprepared. Decision expected two days after the panel but came a week later without warning the candidate. I do not recommend this company.

      The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.

      1. How would you describe great customer service? Why does it matter? 2. Please describe the most memorable customer service experience you've ever had - whether it was good or bad - and explain what is so good or bad about it. 3. Wrike is currently supported for the latest two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE/Edge. We're planning to discontinue support for IE 10 completely in the coming months, but as of now there are still customers who are using it, and a few strategic accounts who we know won't be happy with that phase-out. How would you go about communicating this imminent change and handling any aftershocks? 4. What was the last technical issue you've experienced with your PC and how did you solve it?
