Very professional and generally a positive experience. WCF rightly focus on finding the right person. My advice to candidates, be prepared their expectations are extremely high. I was asked to plan an entire campaign in detail and present it in ten minutes on top of preparing for two interviews. If you are working full-time that is a big ask and doesn’t give you a lot of time to prepare for the actual interview. I think they are a great organisation and wanted the role so decided it was worth it. Would I interview there again? Maybe. I just don’t have the time to commit a week of effort for one role and I think it was partly why I wasn’t successful in the process. A lot of candidates will reject what is a great organisation for that reason.
