I had multiple interviews: first with HR, then with the tech lead and after that there was a practical test where I had to design a system with an UML diagram. This last part felt a little awkward because there was a lot of silence between questions even though everything was correct. Proof is I got an offer of 70.000 after that I refused because I didn't want to work with their proprietary language. They were really clear about it and everyone was nice and honest through all the process.
