Many rounds of interviews, HR does not seem to understand what they are hiring. Get past HR just to find something different from the described job scope, it's more like project management or client management

I applied online and heard back within a week. The process involved around 3 rounds — an initial HR call, a technical interview focused on NLP and chatbot design, and a final round with the hiring manager. The scheduling was quite last-minute; I received interview invites with less than 24 hours notice twice. Overall the process felt disorganized and communication was poor.
