initially technical round and then HR, basically they asked about all my projects and on what all areas could i be able to perform, they asked some very detailed description of my role in the projects and what was the most valuable learning from each assignment, then there were some questions on why i would like to be associated with their company

3 rounds. 2 technical and 1 HAF. I completed my HAF round on 15 dec 2022. It was told to me by HR and POC that offer letter will be released in 2 weeks but after that no update and on 3rd Jan 2023 according to POC it is rejected. How it is possible that after HAF and no negotiation my application is rejected. The process is not smooth and defined.

Question 1
I was asked technical questions related to Basis support activities in my first technical round. Second round was just a formality and third round was a brief 10 minute discussion with HR. I received a call from another HR who was responsible for extending an offer and onboarding but started bickering about my LWD which was communicated initially as non-negotiable. I felt like I was being forced to go and get my notice period reduced by 1 day. If an employee is treated this badly even before joining an organization why would they even consider joining the company. Overall it was an awful experience and I'm surprised they would do something like this being part of the big 4 IT firms in India.
