Interview
The hiring process starts with resume shortlisting post which eligible candidates receive assessment mail which is based on the following sections : 1. Objective : Math, Reasoning and Verbal questions 2. Subjective : Essay writing or paragraph writing 3. Coding : 2 programming questions (clearing 1 question completely with all successful test cases is sufficient) On clearance of round 1, call for technical interview is received. This could be a 10-15 min process. Questions from resume and basic programming are asked. On clearance of technical round, call for HR interview is received. Here, basic HR questions are asked to check if you're the right fir for the position.
