Got a ppo from MBA campus. I was an intern in the department. It was a face to face interview. With business head and HR. Questions were basically on the internship. General sales related questions.
Salary was fixed because it was happening as a part of placement process on college
It is very easy to crack . They just focus on your communication skills, accent and vocabulary. My experience was very good they asked very simple questions like tell me about yourself, what are your hobbies, how was your last weekend,

They asked me about my hobbies. Mine was cooking so they questioned what kind of cuisine you make and what’s your favourite dish to make

Interview
My first round was a JAM session, where I spoke about Hyderabad, the topic given by the interviewer. The second round was conducted on the same day. Since I was a fresher, it was a basic personal interview. Within 12 days, I received an exam email that included English sections.

Two rounds of online interview both taken online. One interview was complete resume based and the other one was to check my english communication skills. Interviewers were not grilling or trying to take any kind of stress interview.
