The usual Business school placement process - It started with applying for the job, candidates got shortlisted as per company criteria. This was followed by a Group Discussion on an IT related topic. Personal Interview was followed by a simple HR round.

First round was technical where they asked about rfps, proposal creation, scenario based questions
Second round was managerial where the interview was testing sales knowledge and my experience. All questions were application based
Third round was HR.
