Interview
Usually they take written test which consist of aptitude and one coding question which is followed by two interviews technical and hr interview.
Technical interview is quite simple , they ask some basic c++ question with oops concept and they check your knowledge about data structure(basics) and some questions on sql.
In HR they ask simple question about your college experience and your life experience.
