I applied in-person. I interviewed at Wipro (Ghaziabad) in Jan 2019
Interview
consisted of an online test, by amcat. The online test level is mediocre and based on only aptitude and language skills. The technical round focused more upon details of ones cv and awareness on general concepts of c/c++
the interview had 3 rounds
1st round had 2 coding problems and second had a complex coding problem and the technical discussion had lots of question with java . the final round was hr round
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
It feels amazing to be genuinely respected, not just as an employee, but truly valued as the company's greatest asset.
