Interview
I appeared for the interview for e commerce fashion website Ajio. There were 6 rounds of interview. First round was a normal introduction interview they asked random questions like tell me about yourself. For the Second round the questions were related to customer service like what do yo u mean by customer service? what is good customer service in your opinion? . The third and fourth rounds were telephonic with the client , they just check your vocabulary, fluency with the language and stability. 5th round was on an IVR, where they check your pronunciation of words and your grasping power. 6th round was aptitude test.

Interview
My first round was a JAM session, where I spoke about Hyderabad, the topic given by the interviewer. The second round was conducted on the same day. Since I was a fresher, it was a basic personal interview. Within 12 days, I received an exam email that included English sections.

Two rounds of online interview both taken online. One interview was complete resume based and the other one was to check my english communication skills. Interviewers were not grilling or trying to take any kind of stress interview.
