Interview
First round is aptitude test as usual which consists of 5 sections
1. Verbal which is always quite difficult for me.
2. Reasoning which is easy but has limited amount of time so we have to manage time wisely don't waste time for one or two questions
3. Aptitude which is also a easy section
4. Coding section which involves 2 questions one is easy and one is medium. We have to pass some of the test cases.
If u have solve those 2 programs then there will be maximum probability that you will get selected for the further rounds.
5. This section is essay writing with my experience I thought this section has no score but in HR round HR will read out the essay writing which is written by us.
After I was selected from written round in National Level Talent Hunt I was called for further round in KLU.
In interview we have 2 rounds TR and HR
TR is a easy round everyone can go through here they will ask some basic questions like tell me about your project and small coding questions,etc.,
HR here HR will ask us some basic questions like tell me about yourself, why should I hire you and tell me some contribution of you for your college in 4 years. If we clear this round they will send us a letter of intent which consists of salary structure etc.,
But believe me HR in Wipro is most friendly HR.
This is the best experience I have ever had.
All the process is new way for me,such like interview on line ,get badge directly while onboard.
