Wipotec interview questions

The interview was too centered on “why we are not them” and focused on possibility to WFH and a higher base salary of 100K plus commission which they didn’t honour when I eventually formalised my interest. It felt like they were just trying to close the gap instead of genuinely looking into investing in someone with 10 years experience for a new role in a new market they were willing to develop. Still wondering what was the driver on this position.
