There was first an initial HR screen that was allotted for 30 minutes but ended being 45 min. They asked the typical questions for a recruiter screen and some questions related to product thinking and past experiences.
Shortly after, I was scheduled for an interview with the head of product and technology (same person). This was a deeper dive into product thinking and past experiences.
In both interviews, the interviewer was friendly and helpful. The questions made sense and IMO the type that is good for evaluating product manager candidates.
A few days later, I was rejected. While disappointed, I thanked them for their time and asked if they had any feedback. To my surprise, they gave me almost an entire page of feedback! It's rare for a company to give so much feedback, especially after only two interviews, which is what motivated me to leave this positive review. More companies should be this respectful of the candidate's time!
