Applied on their website, and got a phone call asking to set up an interview. Was an in-person interview in the shop. Asked questions off a list. Found out the result that week via email.

Very relaxed interview, was with two managers. Had a standard list of questions that they asked from, were just standard expected interview questions. Did ask about previous experience but they weren’t too bothered about this.

Simple with basic questions on any previous experience, and skills I had listed on my CV. I had two interviews, one with the manager and one with a current employee. Both were really easy and reactive, and could really get a sense of how it was to work there.
