    Pros

Good company to climb up in and progress easily.

    Cons

Very quick to cut roles and move on, like to pretend they have a family value but this isn’t really portrayed once you climb higher.

    I worked at Wickes part-time

    Pros

Not many, if any, none specific to list

    Cons

Bad, and I mean really bad Managers who don't know what they are doing, The Kitchen showroom keeps the place going as they are in profit while the store is constantly under target. Not enough staff so tills have massive queues, customer ps walking out.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to do your job
