They just ask about you and your previous expirence.check how is your language . Main question was tell me about yourself. then will go through the shift details. see whether we are comfortable with the times
Telephone interview with a few questions on knowledge of North American cities and states, spelling competency and if could speak Spanish. The interviewer didn't speak Spanish!
Person was pleasant and offered shift options at end of interview.
