Although I presented an extremely useful and creative marketing package which the interviewer requested to keep.....The candidates chosen for a second interview where only those with a bachelors degree in marketing. Seems to go against a grassroots kind of organization. Needless to say, I really had a heartfelt desire to become part of Whole Foods and was quite disheartened to not be given the opportunity to meet before the interview panel of those who I believe would have become my coworkers had I been given that opportunity.
