So i applied through linkedin and all, And i got a call to fill up a form, then i got called for an interview. The company is of 40-50 people as of now (23/09/2024) Their offices are on the 4 different floor in same building And i got to see all offices on the first interview (just like SBI bank) 3 ex professors (teachers) are running the whole company so the work environment is like a school. Timing : 9h15m everyday You've to be on computer for 8h15m If you get caught using phone, or even if you are talking outside on call, or your head is on table, you'll get a message or called in office and warning will be given (just like school) Bond Policy : If you want offer letter you'll have to provide 2 checks (2 month salary checks) Once you join after your notice period, you'll have to sign a bond of 1 year against it 2 month salary checks After that year is over you'll be discussed a hike/ appraisal If you want to proceed with that hike then again you'll have to sign 1 year bond against it there will be 2 months salary checks Their notice period : 60 days
