I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wenrix (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Oct 2025
Interview
very pleasant and polite interviewer, and the process never felt awkward even thou I straggled quite a bit, I was not prepared to write bare code without any sort of autocomplete.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Given an object of airplane seats and their props, write a function that gets the obj + current occupied seats, find matching seats to what was already picked. Each step adds more complexity to the question - next requires you to including conditions from the pre existing seats, and final is to keep groups (like if 2 seats were together, window, next to each other, etc) when looking for other free seats
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wenrix in Sep 2024
Interview
First, there was an initial screening call with the recruiter.
Then, I had 30 minutes brief interview with the VP Product, the call was very good, he told me interesting things about the company and product and asked about my experience. The call continued longer than expected, something like 45 minutes and he created very good vibes.
After this call, I was told I will move to the next stage which is a 2 hour long in-office interview with the VP Product and the CPO (founder). Toward this interview I was provided with background about one of the company's products and I was told to read and understand but that I don't need to prepare anything.
The interview was very good, starting off with about an hour of mutual introduction and behavioural questions.
Then, we proceeded for about an hour for a product discussion about what they have sent upfront.
This form of interview, while it was long, I felt like both parties got very good understanding of each other and I felt it was highly respectful despite the long timespan of the interview.
After about a week I got a call from the recruiter saying I didn't pass, there was no feedback and I mentioned it to her, she oferred a call with one of the interviewers but I declined it.
I think the process was highly respectful and it looks like a great company to work in.
