to be honest it was a little bit delusional for many raison: -First the budget for this position was low because in tessin and majority of their employees are italian living in italian border, so they pay 10% more than italian salary. -Second: at the begining they said x and after that they said x-10K. -Third : I did many interview almost 4 and feedback was positive acording to HR(knowing each time they say something different about the position). -Fourth: I was ghosted for many weeks even after pushing and sending email to get answers. Fifth : i send another email to ask for what happened why i got ghosted, I have receive a call telling me "Sorry we dont need this position." Conclusion : they harvesting CVs and looks like they are afraid of taking a decision to hire someone. So it was a really waste of time.
